At The Pant Project, we want you to love your fit; that is why we offer a hassle-free 10-day window for returns and exchanges on all our custom-tailored and ready-to-wear trousers. If the fit isn't perfect, we are committed to making it right through free alterations or a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Choose Your Preference

  Select whether you would like a size exchange, a complimentary fit alteration by our expert tailors, or a refund to your original payment method.

• 3.
  Schedule a Pickup

  Pack the pants in their original packaging with tags intact, and we will arrange a free doorstep pickup within 24-48 hours.

• 4.
  Quality Check & Processing

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects the garment, your exchange will be dispatched or your refund will be processed within 7 business days.
